Accordingly, Sacombank committed to provide in time credits for each
business period of Duc Long Gia Lai Group. Meanwhile, the group pledged
to use the bank's products and services such as international payment
service, trade funding and to cooperate with Sacombank in co-investing
in joint projects.
Sacombank securities firm will become the major consulting agent of DLG
in raising capital sources in the stock market including bond issuance,
project funding, underwriting for share-issuance to set up connection
between the enterprises and investors.
