The Reception was held at Soffitel, 01 Thanh Nien Street, Ba Dinh District, in Hanoi on 03 May 2011; welcoming 100 representatives from the State Bank of Vietnam, other banks and financial institutions all over the world. The guests enjoyed traditional music performance in the warm and friendly atmosphere. This event helps the Bank tighten relationtionship between Sacombank and foreign banks and financial institutions in the world.

After nearly 20 years, Sacombank has emerged as one of the leading commercial joint stock banks in Vietnam. It is the first Vietnamese bank to expand to Laos and Cambodia, and the number of transaction offices reached 378. Given the correspondent relationship with more than 11,000 agencies of 300 banks in 81 countries, Sacombank has achieved outstanding performance in international payment service and cash management service.

At present, Sacombank has received VND2,300 billion of equity from international financial institutions such as IFC, FMO, ADB, Proparco, RDF, SMEDF… to support Vietnamese SMEs.
