Procedures and instructions:
- Vietnamese residents: Identification Card and Passport
- Foreigners: Passport and valid Visa
- Documents proving to be representatives, legal guardian of juvenile and people who do not have adequate civil capacity.
- Identification Card, Birth Certificate of beneficiary
- Anyone can make deposit on behalf of account owner without passbook. However customers are required to retain the receipt of last deposit to check on maturity.
- Customers deposit periodically : 1month, 3 months or 6 months
Benefits:
- Customers accumulate accounts or point out beneficiary at their discretion
- Transfer passbook to others to continually accumulate
- In case that customers have not accumulate enough registered amount yet, Sacombank will lend the balance with preferential interest rate (less from 0.05 to 0.15% than the lending interest rate regulated by Sacombank)
- Sacombank lends in case of accumulating for marriage purpose provided that balance of accumulated saving account equal to at least 30% of marriage expense
