APPLICATION CRITERIA

• Principal Cardholder: Individual from the age of 18 with currentresidence within Sacombank’s branch network coverage
  • Parkson members with at least 6-month membership and last continual 6-month purchase at Parkson stores of minimum VND15 million; or last continual 3-month purchase at Parkson sotres of minimum VND3 million with at least 2 month purchase
    
  • Employees of companies with at least 3 months of continual working period and monthly personal income of minimum VND 5 million; or
    
  • Business owners with at least 2 years of operating the business and monthly personal income of minimum VND 5 million
    
• Supplementary Cardholder: Individual from the age of 15 with current residence within Sacombank’s branch network coverage

1. Sacombank Credit Card Application Form
2. Personal Identity: 
   • Copy (both sides) of ID card; or
   • Copy of passport
3. Residential Address Proof: Copy of residential book. In case current address differs from permanent address stated in the residential book, please provide any papers as below:
   • Confirmation on temporary address
   • Temporary residential book
   • House ownership certificate
   • Land ownership certificate
   • Utility bills (electricity, water etc.) recorded for current address
4. Income Proofs:
   • Parkson members: Parkson certification on sales volume
     
   • Employed applicant:
     
     • Copy of Labour Contract, Original copy of Salary account statement for the last 3 months, Copy of Letter of Appointment (if any), Copy of Health Insurance Card (if any); or
     • Original copy of letter from employer showing the information about title, monthly salary and working period; Copy of Health Insurance Card (if any); or
     • Company Certification on the card application form is signed by employer, Copy of Health Insurance Card (if any)
   • Business Owner:
     
     • Copy of Business License
     • Copy of latest 6 months VAT declaration audited by tax department
