Sacombank debit cardholder uses M-Plus to do

• Fund transfer to any Sacombank current accounts
• Credit card payment.
• Account balance enquiry
• Account transactions mini-statement

Merchant who is Sacombank debit cardholder uses M-Plus to do

• All services as cardholder’s
• Invoice delivery to customers
• Receipt of customer payment
• Bill payment for suppliers

3. M-Plus Customers

• Sacombank debit cardholder using internet-capable mobile phone
• Small businesses that are Sacombank debit cardholders and have internet-capable mobile phone
• Medium and large businesses (e.g. supermarket, restaurant etc.) that are Sacombank debit cardholders and have internet-capable computer

Note: “Internet-capable” implies GPRS or Wi-Fi connection.

4. M-Plus Application

Step 1: Fill in M-Plus application form at any Sacombank branch/transaction office or download here
Step 2: Get M-Plus ID, Password and download link of mobile application from the supplier through SMS
Step 3: Download and install mobile application as instructed

5. Documents required

• Non - debit cardholders:
• Copy of ID card/ Passport.
• Application and Agreement for Sacombank Debit Card and M-Plus service (Download)
• Debit cardholders: Request form (Download)

Note: All the papers must be valid and have the branch’s confirmation.
