• Legal and valid business registration certificate.
• Own or have a guarantor who owns business place which is not in clearance areas.
• The enterprise is run continously more than one year
• Legally loan purpose.
• Organizations of people’s committee associate with Sacombank and acknowledge business situation of customer.

Documents:

• Sacombank’s loan application form.
• ID Card/Passport, Household registering book (or temporary residence registration).
• Business registration certificate, business license.
• Certificate verifying business place - using/ownership right.
• Certificate verifying family relationship of customer.
