Welcome to Sacombank mSign app. Our Service enables customers to secure their transactions with two factor authentication, our terms of use for internet banking are incorporated this Privacy Policy by reference.

This Privacy Policy describes how Sacombank mSign app ("We") obtains and uses information about you and your use of the Service. When offering two factor secured authentication service, we do not collect personal information about you ("Personal Data"), the app would only ask for push notification and camera access (for QR code scanner during activation and authorization) for some functionalities. By voluntarily providing us with Personal Data, you allow us to use the data as described in this Privacy Policy.

I. Information we collect and how we use it

We do not collect any of your personal data.

II. Your choices of the 2 modes

There are 2 modes we provide via Sacombank mSign app (here after referred as "the service"):

A. mCode mode: This mode is simply like a hardware token, there is no connection between app and our server. This mode is applied for users who do not allow push notification.

B. mConnected: is a advanced electronic authorization mode which provide "what you see is what you sign" capability. To enable this mode, user must allow push notification.

Camera access needs to be allowed for activation of both described modes.

III. Security

High assurance solution with crypto key management

– Token seeds generated within HSMs under bank control

– Strong anti-cloning support

– Keys and PINs not held in clear within the mobile device

– All messaging between mobile apps and SafeSign is signed and optionally encrypted

– Independently reviewed by Trusted Labs (France)

IV. Changes to Sacombank mSign app privacy policy

The Service and our business may change from time to time. As a result, at times it may be necessary for us to make changes to this Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time and from time to time without prior notice. Please review this policy periodically. This Privacy Policy was last updated on the date indicated above. Your continued use of the service after any changes or revisions to this Privacy Policy shall indicate your agreement with the terms of such revised Privacy Policy.

We have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any integrated service that may be enabled within the service.
