Cardless ATMs

Cardless ATMs service user:

• All holders of cards/accounts opened at Sacombank (credit cards, debit cards and prepaid cards) make transfers by entering the sum and the payee's mobile phone via ATMs, Internet Banking or Mobile Banking.

Beneficiary:

• Receive money by phone number, no need to visit bank
• Withdraw money at Sacombank ATM:

Step 1: Press 9 on ATM keyboard, select language.

Step 2: Enter withdrawal code informed by sender.

Step 3: Enter verification code (sent to the recipient phone number upon accurate withdrawal code submission).

Step 4: Enter transfered cash amount, confirm and receive money.

• Transfered money via mobile must be a multiple of VND 10,000 and not exceed VND 10,000,000 per transfer.
• In an event of transfer cancellation upon sender's request, sender is required to inform the event to recipient.
• For better support, sender is recommended to register for SMS banking service (receiving message when credit/debit arises).
