Cash advance at ATMs

• Cash withdrawal at Sacombank ATMs with a minimum transaction value of VND 3,000,000.
• Payments over 3, 6, 9, 12, 18 and 24 months with the instalment amount divided equally according to each card statement period.

• Cardholder register to participate in cash advance by sending SMS to 8149 with the syntax:

Instalment for total transactions (maximum texting time in 1 day since the transaction incurred):

THE TGTM [Term] [Last 4 digits of the card].

In which [Term]: 3 months (3T), 6 months (6T), 9 months (9T), 12 months (12T), 18 months (18T), 24 months (24T).

Instalment for each approval code (maximum texting time in 1 day since the transaction is arised):

THE TGTM [Term] [Approval code].

Fee: VND 1,500/SMS

Sacombank will send SMS to respond to successful/unsuccessful cash advance registration request after cardholder sends SMS request.

In case cardholder need to cancel the registered instalment transaction, please contact Customer Service Center via 1800 5858 88/+8428 3526 6060 or at Sacombank branch/Transaction office.

• On the next day of transaction, cardholder can register at "Instalment" section on Sacombank Pay.
• Note: Instalment payment on Sacombank Pay is only for each transaction.
