Applicants are at least 18 years old.

Minimum income VND 5 million/month (for living in Hanoi, HCMC) and VND 3 million/month (for living in the other city/province).

Debit card: Applicants are at least 15 years old.

Credit card:

• Individual credit card application form cum contract.
• Proof of income.
• Copy of Applicant’s Citizen ID or Passport.
• Proof of current/permanent residence.

Debit card:

• Sacombank service registration.
• Copy of Applicant’s Citizen ID or Passport.
