Sacombank has achieved double honors with "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" for four consecutive years and "Most Caring Company Awards"

On 08/08/2024, during the HR Asia Awards 2024 themed “The Definitive Z Choice”, Sacombank maintained its momentum by once again being named one of the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia." This marks the fourth consecutive year Sacombank has received this award. Additionally, Sacombank was also named in the special category "Most Caring Company Awards."

To select the list of top companies that demonstrate both sustainable growth and an ideal working environment in the "Best Companies to Work for in Asia" Awards, HR Asia Magazine employed the comprehensive TEAM (Total Engagement Assessment Model) to assess the satisfaction of Sacombank's employees based on three factors: Core (strategy – structure), Self (individual), and Group (collective). Sacombank scored high on the survey for each of the 35 rigorously selected criteria associated with the Core – Self – Group factors, compared to the market average.

The judging panel, composed of leading experts in the human resources field in the Asia region, highly rated and recognized Sacombank as a company with the best working environment in Asia. By continually caring for its employees through superior policy innovations that prioritize the rights and benefits of its staff, ensuring a balance between work and life, Sacombank’s employee Happiness at Work Index has improved over the years, currently exceeding 90%. This is also why Sacombank won the special award category "Most Caring Company Awards."

Thanks to its vision and market forecasting capability in the financial labor market, Sacombank has proactively prepared and invested heavily in technology.
