Sacombank scored high on the survey for each of the 35 rigorously selected criteria associated with the Core – Self – Group factors, compared to the market average.

By continually caring for its employees through superior policy innovations that prioritize the rights and benefits of its staff, ensuring a balance between work and life, Sacombank’s employee Happiness at Work Index has improved over the years, currently exceeding 90%. This is also why Sacombank won the special award category "Most Caring Company Awards."
