Sacombank transitions some SMS services to Sacombank Pay for individual customers

Accordingly, customers can perform operations and view notifications for free directly on Sacombank Pay. For details on services that will no longer be provided via SMS, customers can check here.

For services and notifications that will continue via SMS, the applicable fee from 01/8/2024 is VND 15,000/month when the number of messages received by the customer is between 1-30 messages; if the customer receives more than 30 messages/month, the fee is VND 700 per message.

Sacombank has decided to discontinue some services and SMS notifications, transitioning to operations on Sacombank Pay to help customers save on SMS costs, enhance security, and fully personalize the experience.

Also starting 01/8/2024, Sacombank will adjust cash withdrawal fees at ATMs/CDMs/STMs/POS in Vietnam. Specifically, the new fees for customers withdrawing cash with a card are as follows: 4% of the transaction amount (minimum VND 60,000) for Sacombank international credit cards, VND 1,000 for Sacombank international debit cards, and 2% of the transaction amount (minimum VND 50,000) for cards issued by other banks outside of Vietnam.
