Expanding homeownership opportunities with Sacombank – Attractive interest rates and up to 5 years principal grace period

Sacombank has officially launched two new financial solutions - “Z Home” and “Prime Home” - to meet the increasingly diverse needs of customers in owning real estate, whether for living purposes or long-term investment.

Z Home is designed to support young Vietnamese in realizing their dream of homeownership, helping them build a stable and sustainable life step by step. This solution also reflects Sacombank’s commitment to implementing government directives through preferential credit programs for first-time homebuyers.

Z Home offers financing for various types of residential properties, including apartments, standalone houses, and land lots. It is tailored for young customers aged 18 to 40 who are seeking to purchase their first home. The purchased property can be used as collateral, with a loan amount of up to 85% of the property’s value.

Notably, Sacombank provides a loan limit of up to VND 10 billion (maximum 85% of the collateral value), offering fixed preferential interest rates of 6.5%, 7%, and 7.5% per annum for 12, 24, and 36 months, respectively.

With a loan term of up to 40 years, borrowers benefit from lower monthly payments and more flexibility in long-term financial planning. Additionally, a principal grace period of up to 5 years is available, during which borrowers are only required to pay interest. This is especially beneficial for young families or individuals just starting their careers, providing a stable financial foundation in the early stages of homeownership.

Complementing this, the Prime Home solution is tailored for customers purchasing real estate as an investment. It features fixed interest rates of 8%, 8.5%, and 9% per annum for 1, 2, and 3-year terms, respectively.

Customers can also enjoy a principal grace period of up to 5 years, and only need to provide a minimum 15% down payment of the property’s value. Sacombank will finance the remaining 85%, with no cap on the total loan amount per customer. This policy enables borrowers to access capital quickly and easily, even without significant initial savings - empowering them to pursue homeownership or investment opportunities efficiently.
