Postponement of 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) and a revised schedule

Sacombank advises that the Annual General Meeting on May 26th, 2017 will be delayed. However, the first and foremost part is the long – awaited restructuring plan had been approved by State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) on 22nd of May, 2017. The process of getting prepared reports, financial accounts and Board members list for period of 2017 – 2021, therefore had been undertaken thoroughly. We are making every effort to ensure that the AGM will be hold at 30June, 2017.
