This year Sacombank applies a new scholarship policy for students, after being considered for the first scholarship (at the second academic year), they will continue to receive equivalent scholarships in the next 2 years (which are the 3rd, 4th year of the school) if still maintaining good academic results as well as exciting emulation process. Thus, the maximum scholarship value that a student receives in 3 academic years is VND30-45 million.

Sacombank Scholarship - Nurturing dreams that have been organized by Sacombank since 2004 on the occasion of back to school to encourage pupils and students to study and pursue their dreams. Over 16 years of organization, the Bank has awarded more than 34,550 scholarships with a total budget of more than VND44 billion. In addition to the scholarships, Sacombank annually creates opportunities for students to participate in training activities, orientation, skills training courses and internship programs. In 2019, Sacombank will deploy a series of Orientation-changing Life programs at universities to give students a positive view in thinking, thereby planning for their own future. In the upcoming plan, Sacombank will deploy the potential trainees program nationwide in 2020 to create opportunities for senior economics students to experience the professional working environment at the bank. The potential trainees have opportunity to access to real-time work and a subsidy throughout the internship period. This is also an opportunity for students with qualities and competencies to be recruited directly as full-time employees (not through interviews and entrance exams) after graduation.
