Sacombank potential interns 2020 and nearly 900 job oppotunities for student

The impressed music perfomance of students opened the “Sacombank potential interns” program 2020 at HCMC area.
Mrs. Nguyen Thi To Uyen – Deputy Director of Human Resource Management Department cum Human Resource Director said: “I hope that in 3 months of training, you will maximally promote the dynamism, creativity in applying knowledge, skill to your job; welcome actively the instruction from Sacombank staffs; intergrate with Sacombank culture and draw many valuable experiences for your life. I also hope that after the intern period, all of you will become Sacombank’s official employees. We are commited to accompany and give to you the opportunity that you can develop your career in the future”.

“Sacombank potential interns” program has gone through 11 years, more than 6.000 applications, nearly 1.400 successful students and nearly 80% students are officialy recruit, which are our proud numbers. The program not only creates the opputunity for student to apply their learned knowledge to real life but also helps them have the chance to look back and evalute the rate of suitable with bank career as well as their desire position.
Mr. Thai Huu Luan, representative of nearly 1.000 students who passed the “Sacombank Potential Interns” program 2019 said: “After 3 months as trainee and 2 months as Sacombank’s official employee, I feel more mature and confident. Now, I can assert myself proudly with my family and my friend.
Students are confident with the interview part. Their question also be answered satisfactorily by Sacombank’s staffs.
"Potential interns" program has been implemented annually by Sacombank since 2009 to create opportunities for internship, accessing to real business, trainning and experiencing in a professional working environment for senior students. Potential interns receive a stipend from Sacombank during the internship program. This is also an opportunity for Sacombank to discover and foster students who have the qualities and competence to become official staff after the internship. This program is one of many community – oriented program under the motte “Together we grow” of Sacombank because it contribute to create the high-quality human resources and support job creation for student when they still learn at university
