Sacombank's employees contributed nearly 700 blood units in the program "Sharing from the heart" 2020

From July 2020 up to now, nearly 600 Sacombank employees nationwide have contributed about 700 blood units to the humanitarian blood donation program named "Sharing from the heart" 2020. All donated blood has been received by the Provinces and Cities’s Humanitarian Blood Donation Center to transfer to the Blood Transfusion Hematology Hospital, thereby contributing to overcoming anemia in hospitals and medical centers.

"Sharing from the heart" is implemented annually by Sacombank, in response to the "Red Journey" program launched by the National Steering Committee to campaign for voluntary blood donation in Vietnam. The amount of blood collected will contribute to supplementing the shortage of blood source in the treatment process for the patients in hospitals. 2020 is the eighth consecutive year that Sacombank has accompanied the "Red Journey" on a national scale with the desire to share with the community and spread this noble gesture.

In addition to the program "Sharing from the heart", Sacombank has also implemented many other activities for the community, including the scholarship "Sacombank to nurture dreams" to contribute to educational development, the program "Warm Spring" brings warm Tet to the lonely elderly and children in difficult circumstances, the "Run with Sacombank for community health" cross-country tournament calls for the spirit of health training, and the "Potential Interns” which facilitating final-year economic students to experience the practical working environment and develop their own expertise.
