Sacombank organizes the 11th blood donation program "Sacombank - Sharing from the heart"

To inaugurate the 11th bank-wide blood donation program, more than 500 staff members participated in blood donation at Sacombank's Head Office on August 18th, contributing over 720 units of blood.

“With the spirit of ‘one blood away, a life stays’, blood donation has become a yearly tradition at Sacombank for the past 11 years. This program exemplifies responsibility and a spirit of community and societal care, showcasing the essence of Sacombank's corporate culture," shared Mr. Le Duc Thinh, Deputy CEO of Sacombank, during the program's launch ceremony.

From now until October 15th, 2023, the blood donation program "Sacombank - Sharing from the Heart" will continue to be organized by Sacombank branches and transaction offices nationwide. All donated blood will be collected and preserved by the Red Cross Society and medical units in the provinces.

In addition to the humanitarian blood donation program "Sacombank - Sharing from the Heart," the bank is also engaging in various other community activities, including the "Sacombank – Nurturing Dreams" scholarship to contribute to educational development, the "Warm Spring" program to bring warmth to the elderly and disadvantaged children during Tet, the cross-country competition "Running with Sacombank for Community Health" to promote the spirit of exercising for health, and the "Steps for the Community" running program aimed at raising funds to construct community cultural houses for ethnic minorities.

With the motto "Accompanying Development," Sacombank has consistently prioritized social activities for the past 31 years, aligning them with business plans and aiming to make a comprehensive contribution not only to the prosperity of the economy but also to the sustainability of society.
