The "Steps for the Community" initiative, jointly launched by Sacombank and the Vietnam Youth Federation in 2020 on a nationwide scale, serves to promote the importance of exercise and sports in enhancing both physical and mental well-being. Simultaneously, it encourages the spirit of initiative and volunteerism within Sacombank employees and the youth of the country, reinforcing their commitment to supporting and preserving the traditional cultural values of ethnic minority communities in Vietnam.

Through the preceding 13 stages, the program garnered significant participation from Sacombank officials and employees, union members, and youth nationwide. To date, six community cultural houses have been inaugurated, serving as hubs for daily activities, cultural exchanges, and the organization of media festivals for six ethnic minority groups: Lu, Chut, La Ha, Bo Y, Mang, and Lo Lo. The remaining cultural houses are slated for inauguration in 2024.
