Card security

• This service is available for international cardholders when making payments via websites having Visa / Mastercard / JCB logo.

Instruction:

• Enter card information: Full name of the cardholder, card number, expiration date and card security code* CVV2/CVC2 (the last three digits printed on the signature bar on the back of the card).
• Enter the OTP (which is sent to the cardholder’s mobile phone and/or Token**).
• Select the Payment Order and complete the transaction.

* Notice:

• Sacombank only checks the card verification code when the website requires the card verification code and DOES NOT require to "Enter OTP payment verification code".
• For transactions that require to "Enter OTP payment verification code": Sacombank does not check the card verification code because the transaction is authenticated in a higher form of card security which is OTP (referred to as Sacombank 3D Secure service).
• ** OTPs are only sent to the debit cardholder’s Token. If the debit card holder has registered for Sacombank’s Internet Banking services, OTPs will be provided in the same way when using Internet Banking.

Monitor and promptly handle problems (cash getting trapped or swallowed by ATMs or card information stolen).
