Quick withdrawal by QR at ATM of Sacombank

Sacombank adds quick withdrawal function by QR (Sacombank QR Cash) to mCard application. Accordingly, Sacombank cardholders (except for Corporate cards, anonymous prepaid cards) can use mobile devices (phones/tablets) to scan the QR code displayed on the ATM screen to make instant withdrawals faster, more convenient and safer because there is no need to use plastic cards as usual. This service was first deployed in Vietnam and applied to the entire ATM network of Sacombank nationwide.

mCard is a mobile application that integrates all Sacombank cards, making card transactions and management easier with many utilities such as quick payment by QR, which has been implemented since October 2017; Quick withdrawal by QR; activate, lock or unlock the card; view balances, transaction history, credit lines, credit card transaction notifications and upcoming QR transfers; install, update PIN...

When withdrawing money by QR at Sacombank ATMs, cardholders take the following steps:

  • Step 1: Open mCard application on mobile device
  • Step 2: Press 9 at ATM and select “QR Withdraw”
  • Step 3: On mCard, select “Scan QR code” and scan the QR code displayed on the ATM screen - Select “Finish”
  • Step 4: On the ATM, select/enter the amount to withdraw - Enter the PIN code of the card - Receive money
