Insurance claims update - First 9 months of 2024

Sacombank, in partnership with Dai-ichi Life Vietnam, demonstrated its commitment to safeguarding customer interests by settling claims for 13,272 cases, with total payouts reaching VND 143.2 billion in the first nine months of 2024. This reflects professionalism, transparency, and a continuous effort to bring peace of mind and trust to customers, underscoring the protective role of insurance in modern life.

 

  • Hospitalization and Outpatient/Inpatient care, Dental care: 12,401 cases, VND 61.6 billion
  • Accidental injury benefits: 654 cases, VND 5.1 billion
  • Critical illness benefits: 119 cases, VND 23.8 billion
  • Death benefits: 98 cases, VND 52.6 billion
