From 30/11/2024, Thang Long Branch – Doi Can Transaction Offices (149G Doi Can, Ba Dinh District, Hanoi City) will continue to handle all transactions previously conducted by the Doc Ngu Transaction Office. The Doi Can Transaction Offices will assume all rights and obligations of Sacombank under contracts, documents, and records that are still in effect, by current laws. All documents, procedures, and ongoing work at the Doc Ngu Transaction Office will be continued by the Doi Can Transaction Offices.
