Address: Area 4, Thanh Thuy Commune, Phu Tho Province

From 30/11/2024, District 11 Branch – Phu Hoa Transaction Offices (105 – 107 Ly Thuong Kiet, Ward 7, Tan Binh District, HCMC) will continue to handle all transactions previously conducted by the Phong Lan Transaction Office. The Phu Hoa Transaction Offices will assume all rights and obligations of Sacombank under contracts, documents, and records that are still in effect, by current laws. All documents, procedures, and ongoing work at the Phong Lan Transaction Office will be continued by the Phu Hoa Transaction Offices.
