The Ngo Quyen Transaction Office (271 Ngo Quyen, Ward 6, District 10, HCMC) will continue to handle all transactions previously conducted by the District 10 Phu Tho Transaction Office. The Ngo Quyen Transaction Office will assume all rights and obligations of Sacombank under contracts, documents, and records that are still in effect, by current laws. All documents, procedures, and ongoing work at the District 10 Phu Tho Transaction Office will be continued by the Ngo Quyen Transaction Office.
