Sacombank and Dai-ichi Life Vietnam continue the 2024 charity journey

The charity journey of Sacombank and Dai-ichi Life Vietnam continues in 2024 with a series of activities aimed at supporting underprivileged patients across various provinces, with a budget of VND 1.1 billion.

Specifically, in July and August 2024, through the HCMC Poor Patients Protection Association, Sacombank and Dai-ichi Life Vietnam donated 25 financial aid packages and nutritional gifts worth VND 510 million to pediatric cancer patients undergoing treatment in HCMC. They also provided 60 wheelchairs valued at VND 190 million to people with disabilities in Lang Son province and contributed VND 400 million to partner with medical facilities to perform free cataract surgeries, restoring vision for 240 patients in Binh Thuan and Soc Trang provinces.

These annual charitable programs from Sacombank and Dai-ichi Life Vietnam aim to share, support, and motivate patients in their recovery process, helping them return to normal life as soon as possible. To date, after seven years of collaboration, the two organizations have allocated a total of over VND 7.4 billion for community activities.
