Sacombank’s digital transformation strategy is built on five key pillars:
- Infrastructure digitization: Expanding new Data Center (June 2023) with a 60-rack capacity, meeting Uptime Tier III standards. It has also implemented Information Technology Service Management processes and integrated DevSecOps into its software development.
- Process digitization and automation: Leveraging AI in customer care for rapid, accurate, and natural responses, and digitizing business processes through the ePortal system, developing automated processing models like the credit scoring management/approval model (RLOS) to streamline credit assessments and quickly meet customer loan demands.
- Digital data management: Introducing biometric verification and digital signatures for secure, convenient online transactions.
- Diverse digital financial solutions: Complete the Omnichannel banking project to optimize customer interaction channels, delivering a unique experience. Additionally, continuously diversify product and service usage methods, such as: enabling customers to open payment/credit cards or payment accounts and create consumer loan profiles directly on the Sacombank Pay app; supporting QR payments and contactless payments; launching STM machines, and moving towards fully automated Digital Transaction Points that operate 24/7…
- Promoting digital financial experiences: Sacombank actively encourages customer engagement with digital products through promotions, such as a chance to win a Vinfast car by saving through Sacombank Pay or cashback for automatic bill payment services to encourage customers to try and ultimately adopt digital products and services for the long term.
“We understand that digital transformation is not only a task but also an opportunity to create new digital experiences, enhancing customer service. The National Digital Transformation Day event allows us to reaffirm our commitment to sustainable growth, adding value for customers and promoting the country’s development,” shared Mr. Tran Thai Binh, Director of Sacombank’s Digital Banking Division.
