Sacombank wins two awards in digital banking and innovative retail

Currently, customers accessing Sacombank's product and service ecosystem can enjoy a seamless and consistent digital journey, with all financial needs addressed quickly and conveniently. Sacombank has pioneered the introduction of new technologies and multiple utilities to its customers, such as the Sacombank Pay digital banking app that integrates all financial services; eKYC technology for opening accounts/payment cards, and virtual credit cards in just 5 seconds; contactless payment integration with Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Garmin Pay; QR code scanning for payments, transfers, and quick withdrawals in Vietnam, Thailand, South Korea, and Cambodia.
Sacombank has also launched a new generation Contact Center platform integrated with AI, providing multi-channel, 24/7 customer service.
