Sacombank launches Potential Intern Program 2026: “3-Month Journey – Shine Your Future”

From November to December 2025, Sacombank will host centralized recruitment events at 35 universities across the country. At these events, final-year students can participate in on-site interviews and experience a professional recruitment environment. Applicants may also apply online via www.sacombankcareer.com and complete interviews at their nearest branch. This year’s internship positions include Personal Customer Relationship Officers, Corporate Customer Relationship Officers across Sacombank’s network, as well as various roles within the Information Technology Division and Digital Banking Division at the Bank’s Head Office.

The internship is expected to run for three months. Throughout the program, students will be guided and mentored by experienced staff; participate in specialized training courses; gain hands-on experience in business activities; and join engaging networking events such as the “Potential Star 2026” competition. Notably, students will receive a VND 10 million allowance upon completion of the internship, along with the opportunity to receive full-time job offers from Sacombank before graduation.

With a recruitment scale of 300 students nationwide, the program serves as a bridge between academic learning and real-world career experience, providing long-term development opportunities in the finance–banking industry.
