At the 22nd Vietnam Excellent Brand ceremony organized by Vietnam Economic Times, Sacombank was once again honored as a Strong Vietnamese Brand in 2025 in the category of “Pioneering Innovation”. This marks the 14th consecutive year that Sacombank has received this prestigious award, affirming the trust of customers and partners as well as its leading position in the journey of innovation and sustainable development.

Aligned with its early adoption of technology and support for the government’s digital transformation agenda, Sacombank has boldly implemented solutions leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), big data, biometrics, and contactless payments. These advanced technologies enhance operational efficiency, security, and safety while delivering differentiated experiences and sustainable competitive advantages for the Bank.

Over the past year, Sacombank has introduced groundbreaking products and services that shape financial consumption trends. Notable offerings include: Smart payment speaker for small businesses to enhance convenience; the Sacombank Visa Platinum O₂ credit card, made from recycled ocean plastic and equipped with CO₂ emissions tracking for each transaction; and cashless payment solutions for public transportation, such as the Sacombank Mastercard MultiPass and Metro Pass, providing green, modern, and convenient travel experiences. In particular, the Sacombank Pay app has evolved into a comprehensive “financial assistant,” enabling customers to manage spending, savings, automatic bill payments for utilities and telecom, and online consumer loans, while contributing to carbon emission reduction – a testament to Sacombank’s commitment to sustainable development through innovation.
