Launch of the “Digital Assets Literacy 2026” Program: VIFC-HCM and VBI Academy, with SCEX as Strategic Technology Partner, Promote Digital Asset Education in Vietnam
03/07/2026Scheduled to run throughout July and August 2026, the program aims to enhance public understanding of blockchain, digital assets, and the digital economy through a Learn – Practice – Earn model. Leveraging SCEX's simulation platform, participants will gain broader insights into blockchain technology, crypto assets, digital ownership, data, risk management, and emerging value creation models in the digital economy.

Participants will have access to comprehensive learning materials, complete competency assessments, and engage in a simulated trading environment powered by SCEX's technology platform. Through this simulation, investors can observe market operations, develop analytical thinking, practice risk management, and make informed decisions in scenarios that closely resemble real-world market conditions. Rather than functioning as a conventional trading competition, the "Arena" is designed to bridge the gap between theory and practice, enabling participants to gain a deeper understanding of crypto assets and how new digital asset models operate within the digital economy.

In addition to its training curriculum and hands-on simulation experience, the program features a comprehensive recognition and reward mechanism to encourage continuous learning, research, and practical application of knowledge. Participants will be evaluated based on multiple criteria, including program completion, practical participation, simulated portfolio performance, risk management capabilities, and decision-making skills. With a total prize pool exceeding VND 1.6 billion, the program will honor top-performing participants while also recognizing individuals who successfully complete the full learning journey. The award system emphasizes not only simulated investment performance but also analytical thinking, learning capability, adaptability to emerging technologies, and overall understanding of digital assets.
Vietnam's Blockchain and Digital Asset Landscape
As blockchain technology and digital assets become increasingly integral to the future financial system, the Vietnamese Government's issuance of Resolution No. 05/2025/NQ-CP on the pilot framework for the digital asset market represents a major milestone for the industry.
According to a Chainalysis report, Vietnam ranks among the top five countries globally in digital asset adoption and is one of Asia's fastest-growing cryptocurrency markets. Between 2024 and 2025, crypto transaction flows in Vietnam were estimated to exceed USD 220 billion, while approximately 17 million users have shown interest in or currently own digital assets, driven by the country's young population, high internet penetration, and strong adoption of financial technologies.
