The signing ceremony was held in a hybrid format, simultaneously connecting SACOMBANK’s points in 14 localities: Dong Nai, Lam Dong, Hanoi, Hai Phong, Bac Ninh, Ha Tinh, Hung Yen, Lang Son, Nghe An, Ninh Binh, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh, Thai Nguyen, and Thanh Hoa.
Representatives from both sides stated that the simultaneous signing across multiple provinces and cities, at a time when Decree 68 has taken effect, demonstrates not only a strong commitment to synchronized and unified implementation but also a rapid effort to bring practical support solutions to household businesses across the country.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyễn Minh Tâm – Deputy CEO of SACOMBANK – shared: “Through our research, we recognized that individual business owners and household businesses are a highly diverse group in terms of scale and operating models. In parallel, SACOMBANK has proactively coordinated with tax authorities in many localities, including Ho Chi Minh City, Da Nang, Khanh Hoa, An Giang, Ca Mau, and Dak Lak, to carry out communication and dissemination of tax policies. The Bank also provides guidance on registration, declaration, and use of electronic invoices, including tax authority-coded e-invoices and e-invoices generated from cash registers. Notably, SACOMBANK has deployed dedicated teams to visit household businesses on-site to provide direct consultation and ongoing support, helping bridge the gap between policy, technology, and real-world practice.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Mr. Mai Sơn – Deputy Director General of the General Department of Taxation – emphasized that the process of refining tax policies and improving tax administration always places the highest priority on creating maximum convenience for taxpayers, especially household businesses. In recent times, tax authorities have carried out numerous practical support activities to help household businesses correctly understand and properly comply with the new regulations.
“Today’s signing ceremony will further strengthen the roles and responsibilities of the tax authorities, SACOMBANK, and solution providers in jointly delivering practical and appropriate benefits for household businesses in particular, and the private economy in general,” Mr. Mai Sơn stated. He also recognized SACOMBANK as a model of effective collaboration between a commercial bank and a state management agency in the field of taxation.
