SACOMBANK donates VND 15 billion to honor People with Meritorious Services to the Revolution

Mr. Pham Duc An – Party Central Committee Member and Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam, together with representatives of commercial banks, including Mr. Phan Dinh Tue – Member of the Board of Directors of SACOMBANK, presents a symbolic VND 300 billion donation to Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai – Politburo Member and President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, to support people with meritorious services to the revolution nationwide.

The contribution represents a meaningful gesture of gratitude to war heroes, martyrs, and those who sacrificed for the nation's independence and freedom. It also helps uphold and spread the long-standing Vietnamese traditions of gratitude and remembering one's roots.

SACOMBANK’s contribution forms part of the VND 300 billion collectively donated by the banking sector to support initiatives for people with meritorious services to the revolution nationwide. Beyond providing financial resources, the contribution reflects the Bank’s sense of responsibility and commitment to supporting major policies and initiatives of the Party and State, as well as social welfare programs for the community.

This latest contribution continues SACOMBANK’s journey of sharing and giving back throughout 2026. Earlier this year, the Bank donated VND 15 billion in response to the 2026 Humanitarian Month under the theme “80 Years – A Compassionate Journey for the Community,” contributing to support people facing difficulties and promoting the spirit of mutual support. SACOMBANK’s continued participation in large-scale social welfare programs reflects its consistent commitment to sustainable development alongside social responsibility.
