Sacombank recruited 700 potential trainees in 2020

From now until the end of November 15, 2019, Sacombank organizes a series of recruitment activities for potential trainees in 2020, respectively, at 46 universities nationwide for final year students in the fields of Economics, Finance - Banking, Business Administration, Marketing, International Trade, Foreign Trade, Accounting - Auditing, Import and Export ... The goal of the program is to recruit 700 elite students for internship at Sacombank’s transaction office across the country at those positions such as Corporate / Retail Banking Specialist, Card Business Specialist, Consumer Credit Expert, Consultant and Teller.

The program "Potential interns" is organized annually by Sacombank to create opportunities for final year students to practice and experience the professional working environment at the bank. The potential trainees is not only getting chance for real experience at the Bank but also getting an allowance during their internship. This is also an opportunity for qualified and competent students to officially recruit as staff after their internship.

The "Potential interns" program has been implemented by Sacombank since 2010, so far there have been nearly 6,000 interns, of which more than 70% of students have been officially recruited after finishing the internship. This is one of the annual community-oriented programs under Sacombank's motto "Together we grow " which contributing to creating high-quality human resources and supporting employment for students as soon as possible even while still studying.
