Sacombank organizes the 3rd tennis tournament to celebrate Vietnam Entrepreneurs’ Day 2022

The tennis tournament involved three group: mixed doubles, under-45 men’s doubles and from-45 men’s doubles. The tournament applied the current law of the Vietnam Tennis Federation, the players competed in a circle to find out two finalists for the final round.

The tournament had the presence of Mr. Nguyen Quoc Ky - Vice Chairman of the Vietnam Olympic Committee cum President of Vietnam Tennis Federation; Mr. Doan Thanh Tung - General Secretary of Vietnam Tennis Federation; Mr. Nguyen Hoang Minh - Head of Representative Office of Vietnam Bankers Association in Ho Chi Minh City; Ms. Nguyen Thi Kieu My - General Secretary of HCMC Tennis Federation; Mr. Vo Quoc Thang - Chairman of the Long An Business Association. Matches were played on standard pitches under the supervision of a team of professional and qualified referees.

Mrs. Nguyen Duc Thach Diem - Permanent Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors cum CEO of Sacombank; Mr. Phan Dinh Tue - Secretary of the Party Committee - Member of the Board of Directors cum Deputy CEO of Sacombank; Mr. Tran Minh Triet - Head of Supervisory Board of Sacombank and Mr. Dao Nguyen Vu - Deputy CEO of Sacombank cum President of the Trade Union - Head of Organizing Committee presented medals to delegates.

The tournament took place excitingly and attractively with the final result: The first prize in mixed doubles went to Mr. Tran Ngoc Tai (Head of Trung Chanh TO) - Ms. Nguyen Thi Le Thu (Deputy Director of Bac Sai Gon Real Estate Corp); The first prize in from-45 men’s doubles event belonged to Mr. Nguyen Duc An (Director of Hoc Mon Branch) - Mr. Vo Ky Son (Director of Van Thanh Company) and the first prize in the under-45 men's doubles event belonged to Mr. Le Cong Minh (Head of Dong Thanh TO) - Mr. Lam Tuan Kiet (Deputy Director of Nichietsu Company).

In this year, the number of athletes participating tennis tournament increased by 1.5 times in comparation with 2020, expressing the enthusiastic support and trust of our partners and customers in Sacombank during the past time, at the same time, proving the strong attraction of tennis to the business community", said Mr. Dao Nguyen Vu (Deputy CEO of Sacombank cum Chairman of Trade Union - Head of the Organizing Committee) said at the opening ceremony.
